Hi, long time vodafone mobile user, first time broadband customer.
I have just moved house and have opted for vodafone broadband. Having been told that I could have it installed in my property I was then told that I would have to have a new line installed to accomodate the connection.
My property is a 1st floor flat and the management company are quite difficult to deal with, as such I am wondering what installing a new line actually means and whether or not I will need some sort of permission from them if holes are to be drilled etc.

If this was my situation I'd certainly ring the management company to ask them.
And then call the Broadband Team.
