Hi,
I have just received my new Iphone 5 after an upgrade this week which is working but when I try it on the sure signal it does not work. I havefollowed other posts and assigned the Sure signal over to a new owner and they deleted me and then reassigned me as the owner. Reset the Sure signal still not come on. Mt old phone worked on it, the wifes iphone4s works on it. Is there any way Vodafone can resync it as I have seen from other posts. I need the phone working as I am on call every second week and need this working. Sure signal number is 40124240553 and my number is (removed for security).

Hi
I am having exactly the same problem having recently upgraded to an iPhone 5. Having read various posts, I am pretty sure that a resync will sort this out. Please could you do this for me....... my SS serial number is: 40113107680
Would really appreciate if this could be done asap, as I get virtually no signal at home and so currently have difficulty making or receiving any calls!!
Thanks

Hi MLesser,
I’ve just resynced your Sure Signal now. To make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-
Let me know how you go on.
Thanks
Andrew

I will try it tonight when I get home but my Sure Signal is version 3, what is the right procedure for resetting that model?
