Spent ages discussing sure signal problem then just as resolution was about to happen site crashed! The live 24/7 always available chat isn't what it says. I think I need a replacement box. Can anyone help?

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

I no longer get 3G and can't update numbers usable on it but Voda phone signal seems to be stable for last 24 hours

Hi,

 

I thought that I had de registered my sure signal before giving it to a friend. This appears not to be the case. Is there anyway I can check please ? I no longer have my contract with Vodafone.
