The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I no longer get 3G and can't update numbers usable on it but Voda phone signal seems to be stable for last 24 hours

Everything is fine with the information you've provided so far, can you also do a traceroute for us?

Hi,
I thought that I had de registered my sure signal before giving it to a friend. This appears not to be the case. Is there anyway I can check please ? I no longer have my contract with Vodafone.
