Hi @Ianmic
What type of phone numbers are they ?
(Appreciate you can't divulge the full number. )
Are they Uk calls ?
What have Customer Services advised as to what the glitch is ?
If you do see any errors then please do contact Customer Services asap to get them rectified.

band of brother,s the number,s are just local and to a mobile vodafone, they did advise me that before my bill for next month is generated they check the number,s and i wont be billed for the out of bundle charges on my account when they check , and they confirm that these calls are within my bundle, and should not be shown as extra charges , and there was just a clitch with my bill, am going to visit a local store today see if they can help ,
as my bill just keeps going up and up, and am on unlimited calls on monthly contract ,
some how i dont think this is right , its not my app on phone cause keep checking my bill online and re enstalled
the app, i received a email with details of my concerns and going to take that with to shop today
see how i get on , but defo something wrong within there system , nothing on what causing the clitch just that my call,s are going straight on to out of bundle charges and not included in my monthly contract , am not using my phone on purpose case they take the full ammount its unreal this ,

When you say your bill goes up, is there an inrease in the amount charged when the bill arrives, or are you looking at the potential charges on the website or in the app? There have been things like this before, and I'm not sure they make it to the binal bill (which is the bit that ultimately matters).
If you're actually being charged, then the amounts need to be refunded and the team here will be able to look at that.

am sorted, after contacting the customer services again , they have now credited my account for the over charges and put it down to an update that is still ongoing for some customers and further made a credit for £3 as way of
a sorry that my calls was going down as out of bundle charges and not included with in my contract ,
and that my first contact with customer servies should not have told me that its just a clitch and not to worrie ,
but am all sorted and thank you for the replys on my post , hope my post could help someone in the future ,
