My Vodafone App - unusual problem. The name displayed on the front screen is not mine!

The name displayed on the 'welcome' front page is not mine. 3 vodafone staff have checked & refreshed my online acct, there is no problem there. I have tried all the different resets/uninstalls. The phone has never been used by me. I use a Moto 3rd Gen. I am sure the online acct is fine. Seems like an App bug. All data shown us mine and correct. Only the name is wrong. Bizarre!

typo - I meant to say the fone has never been used by anyone else, it was new to me

All resolved! It was partly my fault. I had a customers name in my phones address book with my phone number - the app was picking up this contacts name rather than mine!
