New "Ultimate Speed Guarantee" - does it apply to existing contracts??

I see that VF have announced a new 15% discount on your monthly bill if your FTTC speed doesn't meet a minimum guaranteed download rate - 25Mbps for Superfast 1 (up to 38Mbps) or 55Mbps for Superfast 2 (up to 76Mbps).

@florca & @Sgt_Bilko The Ultimate spped Guarantee only aplies to customers with eligible price plans purchased after 1 March.

Is it possible to "upgrade" to this new package? I`m with vodafone 76mp broadband since early october 2017. My sync speed is 45-50mb (router resets itself every second day), wich is below this new guaranteed minimum. If there is a way, can I change my package to this new 76mb, so I can claim the 15% discount?
