Afternoon guys,
Hoping to find out if this is an isolated issue to me or more widespread. As of around 8pm last night i've had no data connection available via 4G/3G etc.. upon contacting Vodafone i've was advised that this was due to an issue with the data refresh, i have plently of allowance as i'm on a 30gb plan. The data was reset and told it should be active within 20 minutes. 1 hour later i contacted Vodafone at 9.15pm to be told this could take up to 2 hours and the refresh was completed (again). It's not 1.35pm and i have no data available and i'm now being told there is an issue with the data on my tariff...
Apprecaite any comments....

I was a first going to suggest checking your postcode in the Official Vodafone network Checker here https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/index.htm but it sounds to be an account issue going from what your told.
Unfortunately in those circumstances there isn't much as the customer you can do in the way of troubleshooting.
