Can somebody on this forum please help me?
I have been without the internet on my HTC mini one phone now for 2 1/2 weeks, I have phone numerous times & been told "we are dealing with it as there seems to be a problem with your APN settings at our end".
Can it be that hard to sort out my APN settings?
Can somebody give me an idea how long this will take, as I have to carry 2 phones with me at the moment for my work commitments as I need the internet.

Is this a recent upgrade, new contract, or has this just started happening?
Have you recently been abroad?
Have you ever had to report a stolen Phone and block an account?

This was an existing account I have had with Vodafone sine 2013.
I ported over a Tel No from a different Vodafone account that was out of contract, as advised by a Vodafone Tech because I wanted to keep this number.
This is when the internet problems started after the porting was complete, I still have calls & text.

ahh right, so that will be the problem then... the porting of the number hasn't completed fully.
This is something the Team should be able to fix for you, now the issue is clear.
This isn't very common but ive seen this kind of issue before with a partial number port.

TSD. 🙂

It looks as though the process may have stalled. Hang on for the Tech Team here as they should be able to look at it for you.

Can somebody give mes some advice about cancelling my contract early as Vodafone cannot supply a service I am paying for!
I have now been 5 weeks without being able to access the internet, due to them not being able to set up my APN properly.
