No lights on sure signal V3

Hi I've had my sure Signal about a year now roughly and been fine noticed the other day I was getting no signal on my phone. Looked at my sure signal today no lights not even on the bottom where the Ethernet cable goes in but the plug has power as the wifi box is attached to it. Is the unit basically dead now and not fixable any help will be greatly appreciated

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Will try it when i get in but only think I'm thinking if there's no lights from the actual unit not even on the bottom it's like there's power going to the device but there's power going through the plug bit

Sorry should red like there's no power going to the device as the power light on the top isn't red or flashing it's off
