@Nokk The light sequence you're seeing indicates your device is ready to use, however there's no current call or data sessions active.

Pop a message to our Live Chat team and ask them to check if the numbers which you're trying to use are registered.

I have had the exact same problem... MANY times. The last 'new' VSS I was sent didn't even last a week before it, too, was doing the same thing. I have been 'suffering' with these patently unreliable bits of kit for more than 6 years now and have decided enough is enough. When you go onto live chat you just go round and round in circles answering the same inane questions over and over again... you get the same 'instructions' re traceroutes etc etc on this forum and at the end of the day, nothing ever happens. The only way to get any sensible action (I've found) is to kick up stink  on Twitter....... then you at least stand half a chance of getting someone who actually knows what they're talking about to ring you! Sad state of affairs......

@tjtops Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread.

And all it ever says for my particular problem is 'connect to live chat' ....... ##~##. It is a truly appalling service and a truly appalling bit of kit.....

I agree, after being given the run around for a week I opted to move to O2 (I was in my cooling off period) and now happily using TU GO 😀. I don't blame the tech staff, I blame the product which is extremely poor and should have been replaced with an app like O2 or Three have done

@tjtops Please reply back to me with the results of our template.

We'll then be able to investigate further with you.

I am happy to report that ALL my (faulty) Sure Signals have gone in the bin and Vodafone is on its last chance, with a new phone that supports wifi calling. Fingers firmly crossed.
