Please Re-Sync my Sure Signal

Hi there,

I've never managed to make my sure signal work. It's been 18 months now and I've just about given up...

It does now work for other peoples handsets at my house - just not mine as the registered owner. Could you please re-sync my device in a final attempt to actualy use my mobile phone at home.

Hi there,

I've de-registered overnight before re-registering with just my phone. 

Now have intermittent 'both lights flashing'

Hi captfathead,

That means the Sure Signal is configuring. It can take a little time to complete, so onnce the lights have settled down give it another go.

Thank you for the help. I now have only the one steady light - but I have a phone signal at home now! Brilliant.

All seems to working OK now - I'll try adding additional handsets now.
