Problems with replacement sure signal box not working

Sure Signal device serial 42164480148

 

Ip address reserved with DHCP to 192.168.0.8, it is connected with the connection light slowly flashing. 

 

Virgin Superhub 2 with the following ports open:

Hi Will, Its working now - so just a seven week wait. I believe the first one was one of the problem ones mentioned in other posts. Not sure why the people I spoke to at Vodafone weren't aware of this as it could have been resolved much quicker.

It's a long shot Tag but have you recently changed from ADSL to Fibre or the modem router received an update over the Internet?

If you double checked ports then there is a good chance its MTU setting on the router.

Can you confirm within your modem WAN settings to see if it's lower than 1500. If so, this is likely to be a possible cause.
