Hi,
I wonder why Vodafone don't supply along with the mobile ordered online for an upgrade. I am your customer for the past 5 years, am disappointed to such small things need to send a customer request and wait atleast until for about 48 hours? Is it our mistake in first place not having proof of purchase from such a valued mobile operator in the UK?
I sent my request which I need my proof of purchase included with my mobile IMEI number. Would greatly appreciated for the speedy response in this regard.

I'm confused by this. Do you need a proof of purchase for an upgrade? Surely it's all there on the account? I've upgraded many times by calling Customer Services and it's been perfectly straightforward.

Ah, got it. He wants a POP of an upgrade, not for it. I had a confirmation email when I upgraded, but that was for tne new contract. Can't remember whether it mentioned the hardware.
