Hi,
Using an import brings its own risks.
Often the the warranty is not valid in another country so do check.
Vodafone mostly likely won't be able to guarantee they can support it.
Vodafone uses these frequencies.
Frequencies used on the Vodafone UK network
Frequency Protocol Class
900 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE 2G
1800 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE 2G
900 MHz UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+/DC-HSPA+ 3G
2100 MHz UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+/DC-HSPA+ 3G
800 MHz LTE 4G
2600 MHz LTE Advanced
Google for the frequencies that the handset supports.

Right, after a fair bit of digging, this is the handset you have bought. It is a model that is destined for Hong Kong and because of this supports LTE (4G) at 800MHz on band 18. Vodafone UK operate at 800MHz on band 20.
I'm sorry to say but this handset isn't going to work in the UK, on Vodafone's 4G network.

The two things you may need to consider are:
Return policy.
Are you happy not possibly having 4G connection.

I don't blame you wanting 4G.
Are you looking at new or used ?
Key is to purchase from a company in the Uk.
I only buy from a Highstreet store.

My advice is to make sure you buy from a reputable UK dealer and not a company like eGlobal who, despite have a UK web address, are actually based in Hong Kong. Check the reviews online before purchase as there are enough out there to give you an idea where the phones will be coming from and where the company is based.

The Note 5 only appears to be coming to Europe in January. I would personally hold off from any purchases until then.
