The issue I'm experiencing:
Light sequence I'm seeing: power light (red) is on, two white lights are flashing simultaneously (for 30 hours now)

The light sequence you're describing indicates the Sure Signal is downloading a profile.
Everything else looks good.
I notice from the tracert that you're using a BT HomeHub connection. Please ensure that Smart Setup is disabled in the router settings.
If this hasn't resolved your issue, please reset the Sure Signal and try this at another location such as a friend or family members.
