Just wondering if there is any issues with the signal in the IP24 area? I haven’t had any signal all day and now my husband has come home and he hasn’t got any (has had signal while out of the area) and my eldest hasn’t had any either. Just wanted to know how long it’s going to be down?

Thank you. I have been checking that throughout the day and there hasn’t been anything posted. Just checked my Facebook too and a few people in my area had also commented about the loss of signal. Hope it’s fixed before the 29/9.

@Jodieann83 If you're unable to see this on our network coverage checker, you may need to click the zoom out button a couple of times 🙂
As you can see if the screenshot provided by @BandOfBrothers, we're doing some planned maintenance work to improve calls, texts and data coverage in your area.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time, however once this work has been completed, you should see an improvement in your coverage 🎉

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
No. 3-4kms (NB that we are 5kms from the other user in this thread)

2G and 3G (there's no 4G here)

I’ve seen it. Just wondering when speaking to Vodafone about this no one seems to see any problems and are blaming my phone and SIM card? I had to go out of town yesterday to send an important text message and wait for a reply (the person I was texting doesn’t have an iPhone). I used vodafone chat this morning as there’s 3 people in my house without signal and wanted to see if they were reducing people’s taffifs for this week and the person I spoke to said there isn’t any registered problems in my town!!

@Jodieann83 We're aware of work taking place in your area, as @BandOfBrothers has shown in his post, it's showing on our network coverage checker.
You may have to zoom out on the map a couple of times before this appears.
