Hi all,
I work in an office in central London where no one can ever get any signal ( although the vodafone map says you can)
Since our network provider switched we are unable to get any booster signal on any of our 4 Signal Sures.
I have spoken to 4 different people either over the phone or on webchat and they have all blamed the network provider. They wouldnt speak directly to the provider either which is obviously making life very difficult.
I have asked for a technical support email address so I can send data from my network provider.
Has anyone else had any of these problems? Ive reset, un-registered, re-registered the signal sure more times than I care to remember.
Is there anyone from Vodafone who can help?
No-one in my office can make calls ( Our company phones are with Vodafone which of coure is pleasing my boss no end). Considering going to 02 now.
Can anyone help please?
