Hi guys,
Swapped from Sky Broadband to BT (with Home Hub 3) a couple of days ago - since then my SS3 has had a solid red light, and a flashing white internet light....
From reading previous posts it doesn't look good for me so any help appreciated.
I have done a hard reset

Please could you confirm your IP address is 212.183.133.177 so that we can check this on the system?
