Hi people hope you can all help me
I have a sure signal that i have had for 4 years maybe..... it has worked great with my broadband router (DG834N)
Until this week i have all the lights on the sure signal but no 3G service on either phone in the house (I-PHONES)
Nothing has changed on my set up and it has been like it for years
I have read all the guides on here and nothing has altered it that includeds the re-set getting rid of all the users re-adding them and such re booting the router/phones trying new cables the lot
My serial number is 21229066515 and my I/P address is 87.194.178.97

Spoken with Tec support this morning they have done a reset at there end told me to wait for 6 hours to let it work, still nothing!

Thanks for your post. Your IP is whitelisted and your speed test is fine.
I’m a little concerned that you’re missing hops in the traceroute although the Sure Signal is hitting our IP, so this shouldn’t affect your connection.
What lights are showing on your Sure Signal now, as your first post indicates something has changed?

Good Morning
The top 2 lights are green and the bottom one is green (soild in colour)
As i have said nothing from my end has changed at all
Are you able to help with this matter at all?
I'm unable to use my phone on the first 2 levels of house and manage to get a signal in my bedroom!
