Hello,
I have a Sure Signal v1 which until a week or two ago was working well. When it stopped working a tried the reset routine which has not helped and now it has power light on and second light flashing. I have logged into my Vodafone account when it does not show it as being registered. When I try and register I get the error:
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013 - [2o2]"
Serial number is: 21229774050
Any ideas?

Sometimes the issue with a SS v1 is the power source.
Can you try an alternative such as a cord from a printer etc.
Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can sync it.
