Sure Signal V3: Red light only

Have een using the V3 Sure signal for a few months now, but suddenly its only showing a Red light , where as before all lights were on.

I have tried all the options, such as unplugging cable, unplugging the V3, re starting, but its still only showing the Red light.

Any advise please.

Update,

I have left this for a few days, on each day i have performed a speed test, for last 3 days i have been getting the following.

Speed of 1.86

Download 1.46

UpLoad 0.31.

Still only Red light showing on SSV3

UPDATE;

After my last message i decided to restart the SS. Using the small button at the base of the unit next to the cable inputs, press and hold for at least 30 seconds, If you wish to perform this REMEMBER to press and hold for at least 30 seconds any less and it may not perform the restart.

It has been suggested that the lights will flash, not in my experience, i waited around 1 hour after which all was up and running as it should be...

Your speeds are still too low (upload needs to be minimum of 0.33mbps). 

You'll need to speak to your ISP to see if they can help further with this.

Anyone know if the systems down again, only had a red light since lunchtime tried resetting etc but no luck. I'm in Lincolnshire if it works on regions
