Hi,
I recently upgraded from a V1 to a V3 and all was working well until just over a week ago when I lost service. I have reset, re-registered, unplugged for a period of time etc and all to no avail.
I have the solid red power light and the next light is pulsing white and nothing else. I have done the tests as requested...

Please can someone offer me some assistance with this? I use the Sure Signal for work and personal calls and it is having a serious impact on me as I live in a proper notspot.
Many thanks,
Matt

@monty_gs I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch.
@dig57 Please ensure your router is configured to allow port-forwarding in order for the Vodafone Sure Signal to work.

Have checked and my router is automatically set up to port forward

@dig57 Please can you test the following:
By testing your device at a different location, we'll be able to rule out if it's an issue with the unit itself, or if it's your ISP preventing it from connecting.
I can see that you mentioned in your first post that your upload speed from your ISP was 0.76mb, which fails to meet the minimum requirements for the device to work.
It may be worth contacting your ISP to see if anything can be done in relation to your upload speed.

Is this issue resolved?

Hi,
After months and months of the suresignal boxes not working i still have no improvement. I have followed your repeated steps with no success.
Can you advise what i am to do as the business is suffering by using Vodafone given we cant actually get a signal.

@gazzalj We're sorry to hear you're still experiencing issues with your Vodafone Sure Signal devices.
If you could please let us know your current light sequence on both devices, as there's been no changes in relation to our server information for both serial numbers previously given.

Hi,
My V3 Sure Signal is still doing the same thing. The V1 is still working which is helping in the short term.
If I get a refund on the V3 and get another, is it likely to cause the same issues? Is anyone actually going to do anything to resolve this problem? It is just laughable.
Matt
