Sure Signal V3 not working for over a week

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded from a V1 to a V3 and all was working well until just over a week ago when I lost service.  I have reset, re-registered, unplugged for a period of time etc and all to no avail.

 

I have the solid red power light and the next light is pulsing white and nothing else.  I have done the tests as requested...

Please can someone offer me some assistance with this?  I use the Sure Signal for work and personal calls and it is having a serious impact on me as I live in a proper notspot.

There are a lot of customers not getting anywhere, they really need to sort this issue or send us new devices? My local radio station is interested in taking this up if it's not resolved soon

I can see your Sure Signal connected to the network 11/09/16. Is it working now?

Hi

 

No the internet light is fixed in Orange and the in user (mobile phone) light is fixed Orange. I spoke to Anita in Customer services this morning who has tried a re sync but no joy.
