Hi,
I recently upgraded from a V1 to a V3 and all was working well until just over a week ago when I lost service. I have reset, re-registered, unplugged for a period of time etc and all to no avail.
I have the solid red power light and the next light is pulsing white and nothing else. I have done the tests as requested...

Hi I moved to BT Infintiy in July (new smarthub) and OK but as of yesterday I am getting the same issues - Power light on Internet light flashing. I have powered off /on and tried to reset the unit but no joy. Herwe is the results of my tests as requested in this post

Hi
No the internet light is fixed in Orange and the in user (mobile phone) light is fixed Orange. I spoke to Anita in Customer services this morning who has tried a re sync but no joy.
