Sure Signal not working - Phones not connecting

We have had the version 3 sure signal box for well over a month & have tried everything.

The lights are displayed correctly and all the numbers have been registered online etc.

However, the phones are still not connecting. Someone mentioned it may be a firewall blocking the connection, but this doesn't seem to be the case either.

Occasional the mobile phone signal is illuminated....but no one is on the phone strangely enough.

Most of the phones trying to connect are iphones. Any ideas?

Hi FBL,

Just found this in the Trouble shooting section, it might help?

RE: No 3g with all lights working correctly...

You'll need to remove the affected number from your Sure Signal and then add it back on via My Account

If the affected number is the owner of the Sure Signal, you'll need to temporarily transfer the ownership to another number and then remove and re-add the affected number. This can be done by clicking ‘Change Owner’ on the Sure Signal Dashboard.

The new owner will then need to log in to their My Account profile and accept the ownership request, before removing and re-adding the number. Once this has been completed then the ownership can be transferred back to the original number.

Thanks for the reply.....however, we have just tried this (De registered & re registered) & its still not working.:smileysad:
