We live in poor signal area so bought a Sure Signal. My husband just bought a new -vey basic- handset. An Alcatel One Touch 20-12 G. It works fine in town or anywhere with a decent signal strength. It's not working at home. I have tried taking him off our Sure Signal then reinstating him. No difference. Is there any tweaking we need to do in Settings on the handset or what. It's his old number & sim. His previous handset never got a brilliant signal at home, but much better than this one. Any ideas? ( Don't tell him to buy a better phone. He just wants to text or ring!)

Hi @ruths
His Vodafone mobile number should add to the sure signal
Can his phone support 3G ? The specs sheets I can see at the moment don't show 3G.
