Sure Signal registration not showing in "My sure signal"

I have had sure signal installed for some time, but there is no "Manage Sure Signal" option in "My Account" https://online.vodafone.co.uk/dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=Page_VAG... The "My Account" mobile number is correct and there was a bit to confusion previously when as a business account user I couldn't register online, so this was changed to domestic user. How can I track down my "Manage Sure Signal"?

Is the phone you’re using a Pay Monthly or PAYG one?

 

Are you registered as the owner of the device or just a user?

 

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if this makes a difference.

 

Also, do you see the same issue if you try a different browser?

Hi Andrew. Phone is pay monthly. I'm registered as owner. Clearing cache does not make any difference. Still no sure signal management. Does not make any difference as to which browser I use. Have tried Chrome, FF and Safari.

p.s. I note "My Voda" page is showing dupes today of each "box" e.g. 2 - my settings, 2 - my plan. See attached.

I’ve just logged into my own online account and am also getting the duplicate box’s but the “Manage My Sure Signal” section is still showing at the bottom.
