- waited overnight
- reset the unit this morning
- has continue to flash red and the 2 right hand icons flashing amber
Flip me - this seems rather complicated?
Any suggestions?

@nigelmu I've checked your Sure Signal again and can see the device is now showing as deregistered on our server.
Kindly register your device via your My Vodafone account and let us know if you experience any issues once registered.

Jemma on 3rd line support suggested I get local Voda store to swap the unit - so new serial no = 42164477764.
Did not fix issue though

spoke to 3rd line again this morning - they are blaming BT for interfering in some way with IPSEC - that seems rather doubtful given I make IPSEC VPN connections all the time from the circuit.
You got any other ideas?

@nigelmu I can see that your new Sure Signal device has successfully registered, however it has not yet made contact with our network.
Please speak with your ISP (internet service provider) to ensure that your router is set up to allow port-forwarding or try an alternative Ethernet cable.
Let us know how you get on and if you continue to have issues, please let us know the light sequence that you're getting on your Sure Signal.
