Sure Signal works fine, but not registered on My Vodafone

Hi, My Sure Signal is registered, or rather, WAS registered on My Vodafone and has been active for over six months. It works fine, you can see the Telephone icon light up when we make or receive a call. The only issue is that nothing appears in the Sure Signal section of My Vodafone. I know there's been some issues with My Vodafone in the past as it wasn't displaying my minutes or data usage. But that is now resolved. As I say, it just appears as if I don't have one registered. Should ~I just go ahead and re-register. As it works fine I'm just concerned it might cause an issue as it clearly is registered somewhere, just nowhere I can see.

If it's working then it must be registered.

The link you provided to Live Help takes me to the 20 Questions section of Vodafone where there is nothing related to Sure Signal.  Is there nowhere I can just raise a Support incident?
