HI,

My sure sugnal has stopped working - it was working perfectly well 4 weeks ago.

 

I have tried de-registering and re-registering it, but still no joy!

 

Any ideas?

Hi Jon,

 

This light sequence should mean that it’s working.

 

I can see that your Sure Signal was de registered then re registered yesterday.

 

Please can you confirm if everything is ok now, if not what’s happening?

Hi,

The Sure Signal does not recognise any phone I have registered on it.

 

I cannot make or recieve calls on my phone or any registered phone - cannot even send or recieve text messages!

 

Please help!

Thanks for getting back to us.

 

Your Sure Signal’s showing as last connecting to our servers yesterday.

 

As the light sequence means that everything’s working ok, please try removing and reading the users. Can they connect once re-added?

 

If so, to update your number you’ll need to transfer the ownership to one of the other users temporarily and then back to yourself.

I've deleted and re added users on numerous occasions and no joy.

I've unregistered and re registered on numerous occasions and no joy.

I have just transferred to another number, added my number & now waiting for my phone to be recognised on sure signal - I'm not holding my breath to be honest!

Sure Signal still not working - So annoying!

 

I've transferred ownership, still not working.

 

Very fed up now, and unable to use mobile at home, so landline now costing me money!!

 

I can't even phone Vodafone from my mobile to try and sort this out!

 

Please help.

I tried transferring ownership as suggested, now I'm unable to transfer sure signal back to me!

 

Beyond a joke - Vodafone need to sort this out asap, as I have missed very important phone calls and text messages!

Hi JonG, 

 

I've done a factory reset of the Sure Signal for you this morning. This will also push out the latest Firmware. 

 

Please don't perform any resets and leave the box plugged in for the next 24 hours. After this time you can do a reset if it's still not working.
