Sure Signal

I have been trying to reregister my sure signal for 2 days now but it keeps saying that there is a tech issue and it will be rectifed soon but of course hasnt been rectified as yet.

 

Can anyone help?

May I ask it it a new Sure Signal or a 2nd hand one ?

 

If its second hand then you'll need to check with the original owner that they have successfully De Registered from it. 

 

If it's a new one and your still having issues registering through the New Dashboard which is discussed here http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/NEW-location-for-the-Vodafone-Sure-Signal-manage... then it could be beneficial to speak to Live Chat from a Computer via the link in Contact Us.

Thank you for your comment - it is actually one i have had for years and had to deregister it as i have a new phone and then wanted to register it again (you know how unstable they are!) its a version 1.

 

When i try to register again it comes up with the error message that the tech gyys are trying to sort the error but it has been a couple of days now.

Try de registering it for 24 hours and then re register it.

Hi Suzanne,

If you have had a period of 3 months or more where your Sure Signal has been registered but not used, It might have had a bar applied.

Try Live chat, they should be able to help .........

Just answer the 2 questions about your contract and the chat panel should open up, but it does get busy, so just hang on and you should get connected to an adviser.
