Sure signal already registered??

Hello,

I have a suresignal device that was registered to a mobile number that has been moved away from Vodafone to another company with a PAC code.

I would now like to register it to one of teh numbers that are still with Vodafone but cant as I get the 'already registered' message.

How can I resolve this please ?

Hi crummock2,

The Sure Signal would need to be de-registered first.

We’ll need to do this for you, as the number that its registered to is no longer on our network.
