Sure signal always takes along time to connect

Hi,

I have had a sure signal version 3 for about a month but every time I turn it on it takes up to 30 minutes to become connected (the power light is on but the internet light slow flashes). Once it is connected it works fine. Any ideas why?

The serial number is 40133865416.

Hi gpbutton,

This is down to the Sure Signal being designed to be left switched on all of the time.

Every time the power is lost, it needs to reconnect to the server and go through some back end configurations before it will work again.
