Hello.

Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :

https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting/td-p/23917...

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.

There is an Issue 'Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over.

Hi,

my hub hub will now not re set, I have tried pressing the res wet button for 3/5 seconds and 30+ seconds and nothing.  I then switched off at the plug and same thing, red light with flashing Internet light.  It has been like this for 4/5 hours.

Can anyone advise?

I hope this helps too - I really need this sorted for work!

@spicjt Thank you for letting us know that your Sure Signal is working now!

Apologies for any inconvenienced caused whilst your device wasn't online.

Hi @Rahim the SS has completely stopped working now! Won't even turn on, have tried reset but no lights at all.  Looks like a new one is needed....

Sorry for our delay in replying.

I can see your Sure Signal hasn't contacted our Network since the 15 December and is also showing as deregistered.

If you've now registered another Sure Signal and no further action is needed, please ignore this message. If you need help re-registering this or any other Sure Signal you can get help on this via our Sure Signal eforum page.

Thanks,

Mark

Thanks @Mark - I had to get a new one as it had stopped working completly and I was told nothing could be done.

The new one did have some issues (connected but no phones had a signel) but a couple of re-sets and it seems to be working ok.

Thank you for your reply.
