I've had more help from a tech guy at sky than any of you lot. He's even going to ring back later to see if it is working at all as I've triedsomethingelse. Nothing has been done to it other than the broadband going off for a few hours so I shouldn't need to be doing all that was said previously . It's not working as yet and I, getting more than a little naffed off with Vodafone

Only the red light is on on my sure signal version 2 now .....it's not been working properly for three weeks now....the other lights were flashing now and again but nit at the moment .
I need my signal as it is rubbish where I am and I am a carer for my dad

Hi seamusandj,
If you haven't already done so, try replacing your ethernet cable.
Thats the cable that goes to your router from the Sure Signal,

can someone help please......its still doing the same and sometimes the red light stays on and the other two lights flash then that stops and just the red light is on

It came on for 2-3 hours last night and now it is off again .....!!!!
Is anyone actually there
