Sure signal keeps disconnecting

I have had my sure signal for a couple of weeks now. It worked fine for the first 10 days or so. Now it keeps disconnecting and I am having to reset it every day by pressing the reset button and switching it off. It then takes more than an hour, sometimes 2 to reconfigure. What is causing this and how can I stop it happening as I can't waste this much time every day reconfiguring and having no phone signal for several hours? thank you

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
