My suresignal box has stopped registering my phone even after I have reset it many times. Could you please re-sync my box please?

Hi @eddiechow_uk ,
Thanks for posting your traceroute.
Looking at your Sure Signal, there's been a problem completing the software update. I'm pushing this down to you manually now.
Please wait up to 24 hours before resetting your router. You may need to turn any connected phones off and on again too for them to pick up coverage.

My ssv2 has suddenly stopped working for the lst 3 days.
Serial number 40123570687
I get one red light, then occsionally the other 2 flash, then they go off again to leave the red light.
Meanwhile nothing connects.
I hve tried all the resetting techniques described in other threads and nothing seems to work!
Can anyone help? My phone as no service without this and i work from home.

Hi, I tried to reset it again at 9pm last night. It was working again
first thing this morning and appears to be back to normal now...
This is the first problem i have had with this gadget. Hopefully the last!
