Sure signal works for one phone but not another

Hi. I have used a sure signal for about 2 years with both me and my wife registered to use it. Never had a problem at all however I just replaced it with a new one and it works fine for me but not for my wife. Has been up and running for 24 hours and I reset it again tonight but still nothing. Any suggestions? I have iPhone 6 and my wife has iPhone 5c.

Hi. It's V3. The one that plugs straight in to a socket and has another plug socket on the front if it.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Having the same issues.  Strong reception from our new Sure Signal (the lights just stopped working on the old one so I replaced) on my iphone 6 but no reception at all on my husband's Nokia Lumia.  He called customer service but we get the same message on repeat, that there is work nearby impacting on reception (it has been going on for 2 years ...), we cannot use our phones in our around a 1/2 mile radius of our home without Sure Signal.

Have you tried removing and then re-registering the Nokia phone on the Sure Signal?
