I think we have identified the issue. This is the Vodafone UK community. We are only able to help Vodafone Uk customers.
You should have more luck posting your query on the Vodafone IE community

Your IP address is still not reading as UK based.
Please contact your internet service provider to discuss this further so we’re able to help.
As Ian has mentioned before, this is showing as being in Washington.
The IP address we’re checking is 130.117.121.146, is this correct?
