My sure signal has stopped working my broadband and wifi work perfectly sure signal device just flashing red light constantly tried soft and hard reset to no avail

I think we have identified the issue. This is the Vodafone UK community. We are only able to help Vodafone Uk customers. 

You should have more luck posting your query on the Vodafone IE community

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I am now on my second sure signal device. The first one stopped working. This latest one worked straight away easy to set up with full signal so long as i am in the same room. Take it just 10 metres away and there is one bar 12 metres and nothing.  Cannot see where to post my complaint.

@MickeyGC Where is the VSS located in relation to other electrical devices? I have had issues where WiFi routers cause the VSS range to drop, likewise the VSS can kill WiFi signal if they are too close together
