Hi,

We have a couple of suresignal units that are around 12 months old. One of the units no longer powers on so appears to be faulty.  Are these covered under a warranty or do we need to simply purchase a new one?

Hi @supportit360

You have a 12 month warranty with the Sure Signal.

If it’s outside of the warranty period, you’ll need to buy a new one.
