Hi, Have Sure Signal 2. Always been great on mine and my husbands iPhone 5S's. Have just upgraded to iPhone 7 and won't connect. My husband's 5S is still working though, so just my new phone. Help required as no natural Vodafone signal available in our area so we rely on booster

Hi,
These FAQs may help Here.
Assuming you've not sim swapped for any reason you'd need to de register the number for 24 hours and then re register.
It maybe worth doing that anyway.
Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
Try turning off 4G in the iPhones settings to force it onto 3G which is the signal the Sure Signal pushes out.

@oneillsarah The new SIM will have it's own unique code (femto) which needs to be updated for it to be compatible with your Vodafone Sure Signal.
You'll need to de-register your device and register it again to resolve your issue.
