I have a SSv2. I've had it for years - 5 or more probably.
In the past it's stopped working. Often resolved after a bit or had to the full reset. Usually kicks back into life eventually.
About 2 weeks ago it wasn't working - just solid red light. Did a hard reset - worked for a few days.
Noticed it's not working again now. Tried a hard reset but just getting the solid red light and nothing else.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Apologies if you've seen this help page My-sure-signal-has-stopped-working-what-should-I-do.
It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

We don't all have a failing power supply!
Anyone able to share the technical details and ETA? I'd ring up but my phone doesn't have a signal... :smileymad:
