VSS not working after changing broadband provider

Hi there, I have recently changed broadband provider from Sky to Utility Warehouse.  Since the switch, my VSS is not working, it had two orange lights flashing and I have just reset it and now there is just one white light flashing.  What do I need to do to resolve this please, is there a guide I can follow?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
