Hi,
I have a replacement VSS v2 that is not working, with solid power light and flashing system and phone lights.
The previous VSS v2 worked fine previously at the same location for over 1 year with same router, ISP etc and then stopped working with the same flashing light problem. The new VSS v2 has never connected okay.
I have followed the all the troubleshooting steps I can find in the forums (including hard reset, de-register/re-register), with no success. Please can you assist – data below that you seem to need.

Hi Kay,
Thanks for the response and suggestion - do I just plug it into the router at the new location and see whether the lights work or do I need to reconfigure the location in My Vodafone?
How long do I need to leave it for?
I've just had more "Plese verify the location of your VSS" messages - why is that?

Hi Kay,
I have now plugged the VSS into a new location, but only the power light is on now.
I've also had further location change messages.

Hi,
I took the VSS2 to a house I was staying at over Easter, and it worked fine a few hours after plugging it in (the power and system lights stayed on, and I made a call on my mobile via the VSS) - so we now know the VSS is working okay.
I've been asked to call via PM, and will try to do so, but thought I'd post this update here in case it helps before I get through on the phone (I've had to give up a couple of times now).
