Vodafone Coverage Map

Does anyone know what has happened to the Vodafone mobile broadband coverage map? there used to be a map of the uk that showed 3g, 2g and no signal areas. Also there is supposed to be a post code checker. Which ever way you search for it either through the vodafone site or any links from a google search it just brings you to this page which you cant then go back from!

I have a couple of friends that are considering getting Vodafone broadband but they want to check the coverage map first. They have coverage with Orange confirmed so they will probably go with them if we cant find the map or checker

Very strange!

Hi barryd,

That’s a very good point!

I have no idea what’s happened here and think a little gremlin may have broken it!

Although, do not fear – the eForum Team is here! ;) I’ve emailed a few people to find out what’s going on and if there is a fault, we’ll be able to get it fixed asap.

Thanks for letting us know! :)

All the best,

Jenny,
The link to the coverage map is still broken. Can you tell me if coverage is good in postcodes NE65 8DL, CW2 8PX and BL9 8JD because I commute between all 3 and if the coverage is OK I want to buy a USB dongle today.
Thanks
JR

Hi,

Any idea on the ETA to service resumption? I need to check coverage for a new device before building for an end user?

Hi guys,

Apologies for the delay on this I have sent a work request to our Content Managers for the website so I'm sure we'll get things straightened out in no time.

JR I've had a look at the coverage with our internal software:

NE65 8DL - There's no 3G coverage in the Longframlington area but good outdoor coverage for 2G.

CW2 8PX - Good outdoor coverage for 3G and good outdoor 2G coverage.

BL9 8JD - Excellent indoor coverage for both 2G and 3G.

If there's any other post codes anyone would like us to check out while we wait for the public map to be fixed please let me know :)

Thanks,

Adam
