Vodafone Defaulted My Credit Score

Hi There

I had a mobile contract phone with vodafone many years ago which I cancelled and settled outstanding balance, however i have checked my credit report and its showing up that Vodafone has defaulted my account which is now affecting my credit rating its also showing that oustanding ammount is £0 which doesnt make any sence.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue and remove default from my credit history?
