I'm having exactly the same problem. It worked fine 2 weeks ago and now it doesn't sign in at all on Vodafone. I get the feeling Vodafone are blocking the ports for Napster.

I can completely appreciate how frustrating this matter is for the two of you.
I can catagorically say that we do not block Napster nor will the ports have changed.
Can I ask that you download this version of the Vodafone Mobile Connect software. Once you have downloaded this, you'll need to go to add/remove programs and uninstall the Optimisation Client.
Could you then try this again to see if it resolves the issue?

Hmmmmm. I must admit that I'm not totally sure what the issue is however I think that we are going to need to traise this to our IT teams to investigate for you.
