The problem is, we are not paying peanuts so our custom should not be serviced by monkeys, we are actually paying good money, we are serviced by people who either don't know or don't want to know, when you speak to an operative that is English and in the UK you usually get somewhere but as soon as he or she tranfers you to some other being in India, the Phillipines or South Africa, that's when it all goes tits up!
