Vodafone scam my money

I called Vodafone three months ago about cancellation. They already confirmed with me my account has been cancelled. And it is terminated. But they are still intended to get money from my account

 

i tried to call them over 10 times, visited their store for more than 5 times. 

But they claimed I still had balance. 

 

Please check the notes and details in my account

please give me the answer.

Assuming you cancelled within the Cooling Off period and no fees / costs were due then.....

If Vodafone have taken funds via direct debit from your Bank Account in error then you can speak with your Bank Account Customer Services and invoke the Direct Debit Guarantee which involves your Bank replacing the funds taken.

Usually when a person closes their account Vodafone then send a Sorry your Leaving letter.

Did they not send anything when they initially confirmed the account was closed ?

You could contact Vodafone again and ask for an email or text confirming account cancellation.

They did not send me anything. That is ##~##. 

I called via phone, and asking her, are you 100% confirm my account has been termintated. And she damn said yes. 

Now they still want to steal my money

When an account is cancelled, it will be subject to 30 days notice and there will still be two further bills generated, one will be for any remaining line rental charges, followed by a zero bill to confirm the account has been cancelled.  There is further information on how the final charges are billed on the link below.
