Morning @Becca_P , I replied to the Private message with the information requested 03/04/17 but as of yet have had no reply, so I am trying again.
Is the information I was given correct regarding the Samsung VR headset, as it has now been more than the 30 days since upgrading ( the time period i was told i would have to wait) but have yet to recieve a text message telling me how to claim the Headset from Samsung ( if in fact this is the process as I am getting conflicting information from the forum stating it is a Voda offer and nothing to do with Samsung)
I would appreciate it if some one could get back to me.
Many thanks Ian
Oh and to add insult to injury my wife received 3 phone calls from an 0333 number yesterday, which she ignored as she is fed up with PPI/ car accident claim merchants, got home and googled the No only to discover its a Voda automated call, chasing non payment of bills.
So checked her account and no payment had been taken, called 191 and the short story is "sometimes when you upgrade the DD gets cancelled"
All sorted now, but it doesnt boost confidence when the upgrade system end up creating so much hassle.

I keep trying to reply to this thread as I've still not received my VR Headset, but everytime i post, the reply dissapears when I refresh the page and doesnt show up on my User dashboard under "recent activity"
EDIT: seems it didnt like either the date format I used in the body of the message or the first 4 digits ( area code) of a phone number that had tried to call, It was just the area code I typed, not the complete number as that is an obvious no no. ie had a call from an 0*** number.
Anyway, forum acceptable formatted reply below. :smileywink:
